The umbrella pole is fitted with a manual crank for easily opening and closing the umbrella, and a tilt button allows you to easily tilt the umbrella to 0-30° to block the sun from different directions. Our thatched umbrella is made of durable PE fabric for long-term use. And it is equipped with 8 strong metal ribs to enhance great support. In addition, the 2 tier ventilation design accelerates air circulation and makes the environment under the umbrella cooler. Hence, our patio umbrella will be the perfect companion to accompany you through the hot summer! The umbrella is recommended for use with an umbrella base. Note: Umbrella base is not included in the package.

All returns should be sent to our warehouse.
Please remember to repackage your return before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded. Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team.
Please note, made to order items and flat pack furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned.
