Terms and Conditions

At Conpanna, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases and the service you receive. Below, you’ll find our detailed terms and conditions, which we encourage you to review and accept as they apply to your order.

Introduction

Conpanna LTD, incorporated in Northern Ireland (Company No. NI721254), has its registered office at 72 Loughmoss Park, Carryduff, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT8 8PD. When you place an order, a contract is formed upon receipt of your email order confirmation or e-signature via our online proposal program.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your order, including delivery or collection arrangements, contact us immediately, as changes may cause delays. To cancel your order, see the section on “Your Rights to Cancel.”

Price & Payment
The total price, including delivery charges, is outlined in the order confirmation, invoice, or proposal. Payment must be made in full when placing your order. Ownership of the goods transfers only once all payments, including delivery charges, are made.

Your Rights to Cancel
You have the right to cancel any online, phone, or email orders within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless the items fall under specific exceptions such as personalized goods or made-to-order furniture. For more details, see the full section on “Your Rights to Cancel.”

Delivery of Goods
Deliveries are managed by trusted local companies. Standard deliveries are available Monday through Saturday, 8am-9pm, within the UK & ROI. Delivery outside of these areas may be subject to courier availability. Please note that furniture and standard items may arrive separately.

Quality and Defects
Notify us of any obvious defects within 24 hours of delivery. If defects arise after delivery, report them within 14 days. Faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded according to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
