Most of our goods will be shipped 48 Hours after placing your order to UK Mainland unless specified in the product description; custom designed furniture may require 12 weeks, with prior notification before ordering.

What is a large item?
All returns should be sent to our warehouse.
Please remember to repackage your return before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded. Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team.
Please note, made to order items and flat pack furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned.
Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.
